By downloading or using Pawspect, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms form an agreement between you and Pawspect.
02Eligibility & Accounts
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your region to use Pawspect. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
03What Pawspect Is
Pawspect is an AI triage aid. It provides a 1–5 urgency score and guidance to help you decide how urgently to act.
Not a diagnosis
Pawspect is not a veterinarian and does not provide a diagnosis or treatment. It helps you triage — nothing more.
04Not Veterinary Advice
Guidance from Pawspect is not veterinary advice. You remain responsible for your pet's care and should always consult a licensed veterinarian for diagnosis and treatment.
05Subscriptions, Free Trial & Billing
Pawspect offers paid plans with a 7-day free trial. Billing is handled by the App Store and Google Play.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the period ends.
- Cancel anytime from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
- Displayed prices are in USD; your store may show local currency and regional pricing.
- You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
06Acceptable Use
Use Pawspect responsibly. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or rely on it for emergencies.
Emergencies
If your pet may be in danger, contact your veterinarian or an emergency clinic immediately — do not wait on the app.
07User Content
You retain ownership of the photos and information you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
08Intellectual Property
Pawspect, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it except as permitted by these terms.
09Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that guidance will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your pet's situation.
10Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawspect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11Termination
You may stop using Pawspect at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or where necessary to protect the service or its users.
12Changes to the Service & Terms
We may update the service and these terms over time. When changes are material, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
13Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, to be finalized before launch. Any disputes will be handled as set out in the finalized terms.
